NIGEL-JDM Parts... Never again.

Aug 4th I ordered my center console panels, showing in stock, pay an extra 20$ for 3-5 day delivery on top of the 40-something they asked for. I'm tall and my right knee hurts when I drive the car from rubbing on the center console all the time.

After 3 unanswered emails asking what was going on and requesting an update last week, I all I got an email with a tracking number saying it was shipped on the 15th.

We are now the 20th and I still have not received my stuff. Maybe this week... Tracking shows it left LA on the 16th and stops there.

And they still dont reply to any emails asking about why it took over a week to ship my order, what's the point of paying extra for faster shipping if you cant ship it to begin with?

I dont care about the 20$ as much as the delays and that is was supposed to be in stock and being offered an option to get it sooner. To ultimately get it over 2 weeks later.

So just a warning to other local peeps who want to order from them, don't be in a hurry and don't bother paying for faster shipping, it just wont happen.

I'm done with my rant of the day...

That's bad luck Skyllz - my Tails came as promised from them.
Don't forget to leave feedback here on the forum - they need to be called out if they fail like that.

Let's hope the weather network is right for today.

Rain all day and stops only after supper here in Ottawa but supposed to be dry earlier at Bogie, around 3pm. Bring your wet gear anyway.

See you there!

[QUOTE=normancw;1160541

I'm also going to pick up a Cusco strut bar with the master brake cylinder brace from JRP in Mississauga this weekend. I've read that it noticeably improves brake feel.[/QUOTE]

I have the Cusco front upper brace with the brake booster support.
I don't go on the track (yet ) but it will come in handy then.
I have no idea if my brake pedal feels any different than stock - I had the brace on it when 25km on the dial - I had never driven it except up my laneway lol

Then DS2500 it will be... I always ran HP+ in the past but I want to try something different just for the hell of it.

The "bling in me" also likes the master cylinder brace, that was on my list... maybe this autumn, probably in the spring when I pull the car out of storage.

Kenny did great for his first hot laps at Bogie, drove like a boss!
He got a few point-bys that apparently wanted us to pass them on the grass? (on the backstraight, they pointed to the right but then stayed to the right)

Good turn out at m&m last night 5x FR-S and a BRZ
I didn't even get a chance to wander very far so I may have missed Pat who sometimes parks further in the fray with some Subie guys.

My friend with a 2002 Sunfire with one if the last 2.4L was there - 580whp on a totally custom turbo - fully built engine internals, custom fuel system equal length tubular intake and exhaust, fuel cell in the trunk, custom gauges, real TE-37's.

Definitely doing a lapping day or two in 2014
