I'm an Australian expat living in Austin TX. Just picked up my new Black Limited BRZ yesterday from the dealership. Having a lot of fun with it.
It's my 12th Subaru, so I guess that makes me officially a Subaru fanboy? |

I went to put a deposit on a 2014 BRZ Limited today and ended up putting a deposit on a 2013 that is supposed to be here by the end of September. They are letting it go for $1k less than the 2014's. Plus, it has all the options I already wanted plus a few more. So now I don't have to wait as long and in the end it's cheaper.
Super excited that I'll now have two boxers in the household.

Happy Saturday all.
I've been waffling between a WRX and a BRZ for a couple of months and finally pulled the trigger on a DGM Limited BRZ MT through Clint on Friday. The car is currently slated to be delivered around 9/27 and I can't wait. I'm currently driving a really boring 325i and am excited to get back into a car with a soul. Back in 2004-07 I was rolling around in a big-turbo Neon SRT-4 with ~550WHP that I hand-built myself but "outgrew" due to the terrible gas mileage and insane road noise. I'm going to *try* to exercise some self-restraint this time around and leave the BRZ close-ish to stock except for maybe some wheels and springs, etc. My SRT was built for the 1/4 and I'm aiming to work some curves into my life with the BRZ. The SW Forums look pretty packed so that's exciting as well, I've been out of the car scene far too long. Looking forward to getting to know everyone here, take care. |

Just wanted to say "Hey", been stationed in Japan for the last 5 years with the Navy and am back in the states now. Loved the GT86 from the day it released, and loving my BRZ since the day I bought it about a week ago! Uploading a few pics of the Supra and the BRZ for anyone that's curious about either.

Just picked up a DGM yesterday with 5 miles on the clock; already put on 120 miles, grinning all the while.
