Depends on city or highway. I drove to 86fest from Phoenix to LA area. I averaged about 320ish to a tank.

Now that might not seem like a valid reason not to now begin stocking the intercooled version in the states, and just sell both. However, the US distributor purchased 150 non intercooled kits. Now I'm guessing they probably want to move a fair chunk of that stock first before committing to more stock.
I am glad that the unwritten truth has been written.

I wonder if the intercooler will restrict air flow at higher boost levels (70mm pulley)?

I installed my 3-bar MAP sensor and read 8.1psi on a pull this evening. I'm going to go through my log tomorrow and plot a boost curve. More detail and photos here:

Doesn't our stock ECU read up to 7PSI? My Scan gauge is only picking up -22 to 5.5lb's of boost.

From what I hear intercoolers on these kits create lower intake temps but rob some boost. (easy fix with a smaller pulley!!!)

I seem to recall one tuner saying that it can read higher, however needs the MAP tables scaled higher. Maybe @FA20Club.com @moto-mike or @DeliciousTuning can comment.

I have a business in Australia. Its 1000km north of Bullet, but I buy all my materials from the same city. What I'm getting at, is I can get them shipped to me for nothing.

I can then use the business to get a better shipping rate to the states, for a bulk consignment.

I wouldn't look to make anything from it, but I also would want as little hassle as possible.

Off the top of my head, the kit is say $5k AUD. $50k for ten units. Overestimate the shipping at $5k (it wont be anywhere near that, as we received a 40ft container from the States last year, which only cost $4k for the whole thing) You'd be looking at say $5500 - $6000 per kit worst case. Would depend on the forex rate. I could even buy through my NZ business and just have shipped to my Aus business, to avoid Aus sales tax, which would save 10%.

In short, it could be done. But I doubt it would be worth it.

Well on my way home from work "cruising at 3k RPM's cruise control on" My charger sounded like it was at red line randomly so I started to pull over and clutched in. When I can to a stop the charger sounded like a chainsaw (no CEL) so i turned my car off. My tuner "PREracing" Bobby woke up after hours to check things out. He cut my belt and my car started right up and purred like a kitten. My car is now resting at the shop until I can figure things out tomorrow. Jason at nameless performance also picked up his phone to talk to me and address some concerns with the charger but unfortunately he was out of state and couldn't assist me. So glad I live in the NW where we have so many amazing saints of the auto industry.

If you want to name drop, it was the CTO of Sprintex who told me. Don't shoot the messenger.

That must be a recent change then as the Sprintex install instructions i've got here state 80mm standard and 75mm comes with the chargecooler kit.

I haven't measured my pulleys in the box though to confirm.
