I go to individual fansub group's pages and download it straight from there. I like reading their feedback/postings and I kind of see it as a contribution.
But before that, I usually look up on anidb.net and see who has the best reputation for subbing said show.

It doesn't matter to some, but in some case it can change the experience a lot. Jokes and puns can be lost in translation, for example. Particularly from shows like Ikamusume.
Plus, you all should remember that "mass naked child events" debacle,

As for that Fairy Tail keychain, which one you got?
I tried to get my sister one from Anime Expo couple months ago, but I didn't know anything about the show and she didn't bother to tell me which one to get because she was too busy sleeping at home.
By the time she told me (Leo), it sold out, as well as her secondary choices, haha.
I got her some key with a penguin or duck it in or something though. She told me she was okay with that one.

Bringing this thread back to alive again.

So watching new seasons of animes and gotta say, it's pretty disappointing.

Papa no Iukoto wo Kikinasai! - Isn't bad... but isn't really following the VN or manga.
Danshi Koukosei no Nichijyou - Kinda like Nichijyou, but worse
Ano Natsu de Matteru - New Please series & happy... but wait to see how it turns out
Another - I'm not really into those genre, so don't care for it
Natsume Yuujinchou Shi - Yay~ yes, I'm Natsume Yuujinchou fan
Sengoku Paradise Kiwami - If I'm really bored, prob worth watching, but no...
Aquarion EVOL - Could be good... gotta wait to see how it goes
Brave10 - That's totally fujyoshi anime
Rinne no Lagrange - Hm... wanna be Eureka Seven?
Poyopoyo Kansatsu Nikki - It's funny & worth watching
Zero no Tsukaima F - Used to like em, but kinda lost the hype of this series...
Nisemonogatari - Now this series have been awesome!
Moretsu Pirates - Hm... Looking at old comedy sci-fi anime series, Mo-Pi doesn't even close been good
The Knights in the Area - Love soccer... but this is another typical soccer anime
High School DxD - Can we say Rosario x Vampire mixed w To-Love-Ru?
Senki Zesshou Symphogear - Hm... need one more push to keep this series entertaining
Kill Me Baby! - If you're bored it's fun to watch... but other than that, worthless
Amagami SS Plus - I was pretty amazed to see this series made 2nd season... but looks like they gonna be doing 2 epi per one girl... sad...
Thremae Romae - LOL funny but no...
Inu x Boku SS - Could get interesting... but highly doubt it
The New Prince of Tennis - This could be interesting... but I'm worry that after 12 epi, they gonna do filler again

Out all those, I'm excited to watch is Nisemongatari & Ano Natsu de Matteru

Its fing sad that majority of these animes have weak ass male leads. They are so pussified I can't stand watching anime anymore. And too much MOE, no substance. Give me back 90s anime.

Btw, favorite anime all time Clannad & AS.

True but at least the male lead doesn't beat around the bush and ain't perverted. AS = After Story.

Sorry, I knew what AS was. I was trying hard to think of other anime that have AS lol I would of put this

in there.

I do agree that Clannad series were good... but I can't agree that Tomoya was direct. He often did go around the bush to get away from the problems.
