Check 468 Power, they are fairly new and are specializing in the 86, got my Toms tails and ordered my turbo kit through them. Ask for Will.

Usually if you go to the dealer, they will end up overcharging for that stuff. If you do want to to go with the dealer contact Bradley Laforce of the tristate facebook he works for toyota in the bronx and may be able to help out with pricing a bit. Contact Will from 468 Power if you want to go with anything aftermarket, like exhaust but he should be able to help out on fog light installs as well.
