I am on e10/91pump and the Innovate kit. I may go e85 now due to the fact of having shitty 91 and the Phoenix heat. No intercooler in these temps on pump makes hard to tune

Hi sorry to post here before I actually own the SC. I won one of the 86fest raffles for $750 off so I am ordering this SC very soon. I do have one question though I'm currently running a e85 tune and would like to run e85 with this supercharger as well. Do I need to upgrade my injectors and fuel pump to run e85 with the SC? I tried searching but didn't have any luck finding anything on it. Thanks.

Go with whichever tuner you end up using suggests for fuel. Some tuners rely on port injectors more heavily than the DI, those tunes would require an injector upgrade before a tune that leaned more heavily on the DI's. That's why you might see some tuners say that you can do E85 on stock injectors and pump but only on the stock pulley, and others may say that you need both FP and Injector upgrades.

@moto-mike can you do tuning for the FA20club flex fuel kit? Or is that a different beast altogether compared to just a regular e85/91 tune?

You probably don't have to but many have upgraded the fuel pump. Mike (Moto-East) said he was seeing near max fuel duty cycle on E85 with the stock injectors. I'm running the stock pump with upgraded injectors and it runs fine.

Yep. He told me he has a flex fuel tuning capability and that all I needed to get (if I ever do get it) is the hardware.

Getting a twin screw?

Yup, did one of those locally, worked out fine. We just change our map switched maps to gradients instead.

Haha, not anytime soon at least, I'm sort of trying to plan my build for the car before spending any money. In the short term I'll probably end up getting Flex fuel, exhaust, and some suspension for the track. I plan on going F/I once I figure out our wedding & hopefully after I pay off the car some more. Just going to be a big hit to the bank account with my plan of track performance, and if I go F/I I want at least 280-300whp which also means more $$$ in fuel system upgrades, cooling, clutch, etc. But hopefully it'll be worth it and time will tell if Innovate is capable of my goals
