I like it. If i had the extra money and lived in Japan i would buy one. I think the upgrades are small but worthwhile.

Sounds pretty close. It looks like its about 1.2M yen more than the standard model BRZ. That seems... a bit crazy.

Meh, we shall see it even makes its way to America. I know they have had STi models of other cars for quite some time. Way longer than we have had a STi model at all.

Sorry, I meant I expect it to still come. On the flip side, I still believe it will be a JDM model only. Based on volume and how Subaru markets the STi brand in the US, I just don't see that car coming here.

If the tS parts get released into the catalog, we still twinning it up?!

Have you seen some of the responses in the "Why I did/didn't buy the FR-S/BRZ Limited/Premium" threads? Some people take their cars WAYYY too seriously.

Just look at some of the responses in my joke poll thread.

It's like people suddenly have the thinnest skin in the world when it comes to someone saying something slightly negative about their choice in 86.

Well, lets forget about the price for a second. If we went out and got the same mods and did it our self. It would be clearly over the price of a stock sti. I mean the brakes are like 3-4k alone. Car parts $$$$$ > $$$ the price of the car. I still think it is one step towards the future. Next year maybe ^^

Hah yup, I've been lusting after these parts man! I really want the fender trim and front STI badge but Yuki at JP just replied to me saying theyr'e not available for us to purchase. Bet they've been getting a lot of requests to add these to their catalog.

I'm sure some of those parts will make its way to the catalog eventually. I would say not until at least calendar year 2014. I don't expect everything to make it though.

It's a tS model...we've never gotten the tS models here. The old Legacy tS was pretty fuckin' cool, I'd have one if it were here.

If this was coming in US and was reasonably priced I would have likely bought it. Some say it is more cost efficient to mod yourself but I disagree. Parts + labor + warranty hassle + hit at parting out + time doing all that is not worth it unless your life evolves around cars and you are in your teens...
