I think you need to invest in an oil pressure gauge if you are experimenting with oil grades.

I don't know what the min/recommended pressure is for our engine (anyone with a FSM handy?), but you need to run oil weights that will get you to the ideal pressure. Generally it's 10PSI for every 1k in engine RPM, so assuming redline of 7500 you'd want oil pressure somewhere around 75-80PSI at peak.

Going with a heavier weight oil isn't going to solve any problems in the long run.

so the drag was from thicker oil or tune? also i dont feel the turbo pulls and underhood damn cant pull it without tissues

No idea about your situation but you should do some research on what oil actually does for your engine:

I just posted a separate thread about that but feel free to read the entire writeup. It's in the context of Ferrari but in all honestly, the oil info is the same for all modern cars.
