Buffalo, NY. I went with blizzaks on 16" steelies, no tpms, 170lbs in the trunk. I had no problems all winter and I lived on a side street that of course wasn't a priority for plows.

I'm going to go with winter tires on stock rims next winter after I buy a new set of wheels and tires for summer. However, this winter I will be driving my old car because I want to keep as much salt off my new baby as possible.
