wonder where this is going...OP was originally very responsive and helpful when we discovered these were not official now for a week has disappeared from this post. Can we get an update? Any news on price/refunds/style/anything? I still want these assuming they are priced appropriately and look like the mock ups, but I might have to go elsewhere if there are no updates soon.

I'd wait until he actually posts that information first hand before jumping to conclusions.

If I don't get a refund by Wednesday next week, I will have no other recourse but to call my CC company. And I will.

The vendor needs to respond and follow up to my comment from what he said to me at 86fest.

Damn I almost ordered the tail lights, right now I'm just waiting for the TOM'S clear lens version update, but I hope the refund goes without issues for everyone.

I'd hope for an answer by tomorrow. I sent a pm day before and got no response. I'm pretty patient and understanding but it's a bit silly at this point.

ok guys im back from 86fest. phhewww what a week.

so here are the latest update, facts and options for all of you guys:

1. Negotiations between helix and tom's has failed and these will no longer be TOM's

2. Helix will still be making the lights but they not not be stamped as TOM's

3. Depo decided to make these design and it will be stamped as TOM's (too bad depo will use Helix's design and credit it as their own

)

What about refunds? Each one of you will have options to choose from.

1. Get a full refund of your pre-order.

2. Trade for the USDM Red out TOM'S and add $150

Choose your option and PM me your name, order/invoice number and your decision

If you choose a full refund, take note that it may take up to 14 days (from the day i receive your PM) to process and get your money re deposited to your account.
