I've loved my Limited ever since I sat in it after looking at a Premium. 100% worth it.

I would not have considered the car if I didn't sit in a limited first. Going from a limited to a friends FRS... wow.

I love the additional equipment, I wanted all of it and I got a great deal on it so... No, not at all. The only thing I got that I didn't really want were the wheel locks, homelink dimmer mirror and trunk guard. I still came in well under msrp with those options so I wasn't going to fuss over it too much.

After first driving a FR-S, it was pretty much a limited or nothing.(just wanted to see if liked the car and could not find a BRZ) I'm 44 and had cloth seats my first 30 years and now its leather / heated seat time only now. It also helped that this is pretty much a sit in garage - weekend fun drive car for me and the wife so "F" it. No regrets on really anything.

YES! Sat in a FRS and wanted a BRZ...sat in a Premium and wanted the Limited. The interior of the FRS looks cheap to me (sorry FRS peeps) plus the keyless entry/push start are pretty cool

HID=High intensity discharge headlights, and they are mostly blue and white in color, and that's great for visibility at night and day, most of the light comes from a plasma created from a electrically charged gas within the headlight in this case xenon, I believe. Instead of a normal bulb where most of the radiation comes out as heat which is absolutely useless and inefficient. Almost all the radiation from the HID headlights is emitted as a visible spectrum of light. They are very efficient and yes you do want them. The FR-S only gets them on the ten series but on all others they get halogen projectors, the average normal bulb that has light targeted through a projector. The BR-Z gets HID on, I think, all models for that extra cost.

Just to finish that comparison, here is the 10 series. Now that I look at it, the DRL are shaped differently. Scion's are straight like angry eyebrows. :P

This thread would be endless, we will never see eye to eye
The people who bought FRS will justify it as will people who bought limited. At the end of the day its your money do what you want All i can say is I love my car and the decision i made. |

Honestly I bet a lot of people are going to be in the same position, so this is a great thread for helping people decide as long as it doesn't descend into fanboyism. If we keep it to just what are the differences between the trims and why we chose the way we did, then I think we'll be fine.
