Used a modded version of Pandora for Android to get the song/artist info to display on the screen in the 10 series. I was getting very tired of seeing "no info" splashed across the screen.

Found another forum talking about how Android doesn't interface well with the radios in our Scions. It led me to this:
http://www.9thgencivic.com/forum/aud...formation.html This should work, no guarantees though. I have the Samsung Galaxy S4, so IDK if it will work with LGs or any other android. should work if your phone is either up to date, or modded with cwm10 or higher. |

Looks pretty good to me! I'd say do it! Plus you can add glossifier if you want them shinier.

![]() I liked the look when I had those wheels on. IMO, the stock wheels painted any SINGLE color look good. Someone did a gunmetal with plasti-dip and I really liked the look of that. My only gripe is that if you are lowered more than an inch, the stock wheels sit in so far (hella sunk, not hella flush haha) This pic was taken in February, I think... after a lot of winter use. I plasti-dipped the wheels for use as my winter set. One of my friends used a clear coat on top of his wheels for his c5 corvette and it looks SO MUCH better than just a plasti-dipped color alone. Also held up much better |

How many coats did you use? I've heard people that use 5-7 coats see much better results on the wheels

Four minimum. Any less is no good. I think I did three on my first wheels and it looked fine but did not last too long. I think my second set I did five. It's hard to get an even coat over the entire wheel.

Mine held up pretty well through salt and washing. Chipped in a few small places near the edge, but wasn't bad. After a while it looked very flat and faded in color in comparison to when it was just put on

Hmmm yeah the black stock wheels against the white doesn't look too bad.. I actually went ahead and ordered some of that new anthracite color from DYC. Spent a little more then what I wanted for some plastidip lol but the color looks great from what I've seen.
