Been curious with the FBM and FA20club turbo kits. What is the most solid turbo to go with. Obviously bigger turbos mean more power at redline but more lag and spools at higher RPMs and smaller ones cap out easily but have good spool in the low end. So what is a turbo that has the best of both worlds?

I'd go for a gtx28 on a stock motor with decent power or a gtx30 if you want a bit more

Yeah I have been leaning more into Full Blown... Anyone know the status on the built motor kit or the 600 HP FRS... Have not heard anything about those in months

Dipstick is running their built motor since he spun a rod bearing in his stock one due to bad gas. I haven't heard much on their FRS in a while either. I know the have been pretty busy and are moving locations too. I can also vouch for LJ and the Fullblown crew. They have worked on both of my cars and can't say enough good things. I will be running their kit next summer.

The built engine in mine is running strong pulling 360whp daily. We will be turning the screws on it soon to see what it is really capable of.

thats not what he said at all. he spun a bearing in stock motor so he just built it up while he had it apart. he more than likely went with the 360whp conservative tune to break the motor in. just my opinion as to why he only did 360whp.
