I'm not sure how off topic this post has gotten, but I have the middle section spray painted matte black, it matches perfectly with the rest of my interior and I like the way it looks:

Yes exactly that. Seeing his being flat gives me the firm decision to make mine gloss. The interior is already dark gray, so the flat makes it look boring. The only part I can't figure out is how they would color the traction control buttons without covering the letters? I'm not a professional painter, so I have no clue.

Sorry if I missed this in the fussle here folks, but the two knee pad sides that surround your AC control, are people painting those or are those two pieces as well available in BLACK as well?

I personally like the looks of the black as well much better.

Hmmmm... I like how you think. That makes more sense, since my only issue with them is their dullness. Thanks!

The last issue is the speaker surround rings. They only come in silver as far as I can tell, which is why I was just going to have all of the pieces painted at once to give them a uniform look.

Maybe you could take a photo and have that made into a sticker you could use as an overlay?

I don't think you could paint over all the silver and still see the letters/icon. Maybe buy just the buttons (its only like $40) and then spray them with a gloss to match the rest of the interior?

I'd like to see someone try Nite Shades smoke. Before I do it. I'll probably just plastidip them temporarily. I know which button is which.

Also another good idea. I'm thinking his idea of a gloss clear coat since that would keep the buttons aglow.

Check the initial email they sent you. I think it might contain a password for your account.
