I did Motul for diff, very common for track guys. And Pentosin for trans, but you can also do Motul or Redline depending on your your climate.

I would swap at least the diff before you start doing hard launches.

^ it is not, they are in our back yard (hour drive) so we politely strong armed them into sponsoring even though they don't have anything specific to our vehicles "yet" they were still willing to come and give away a $1000 product (even knowing it would most likely hit eBay or similar)
