I just wish people would stop trying to merge into me. I think I'm going to have to change the antenna for a 4' whip with a flag on it.

Had a Charger R/T messing with me last night. I know his car is way faster so I didn't bother. But it does bug me when people mess with you because they know your not riding a stop light to stop light machine. But all was better once I exited the freeway in a slide of glory!

So at the IE meet this past Saturday night, two drunk guys in a white work truck rolled up on us and called our cars "cute" and kept saying stuff about chevy motors, etc. We pretty much ignored them.

Pontiac GTO was showing off his loud engine and exhaust next to me. I had more balls than him to floor it down the road and didn't even see his car after that.

I used to own a '97 miata so I just embraced the "cute" haha. I would often put the top down and drive down the road shirtless. I would get a lot of cat calls from ladies haha. If guys said anything I'd usually just smile and wave or blow a kiss. That would usually fluster them and shut them up. Best thing to do is just not care what others think because you know what you're driving

i like it when girls call my car cute. Happened in the STi and now the FRS. Then you take em for a ride, and they are either quiet from fear or screaming lol.

Sometimes there is no point in even trying, the 5.7 and 6.0 could slurp up the twins. You probably looked like a scion ricer, just like the guy 'sliding' of the freeway

Very true. And I used to own a '94 Miata. LOL.
Well I sort of go by this motto for the twins...

I had the opportunity to drive a '10 GTI last night. I was pleasantly suprised. I'm willing to bet that your car is faster in a straight line, but I think due to the ride height, and difference in sound in the cabin, my BRZ feels faster, if that makes sense. Overall I liked it, although the long throws and super squishy pedals made attempting a heel toe laughable.
