Exhaust pick advice
I'm looking for exhaust here. Preferably larger than 4" tips but less than 5" tips.
Must have 0 drone and DD friendly. I'm ok with Invidia N1 sound. I'm thinking of SC my car in the future, so I'm not sure that some 2.36" pipe would be sufficient. Thank you. I love Perrin, but the 4" tips is a deal breaker ![]() Budget is less than $800. |

You mention you want to be comfortable DD'ing well a N1 or something louder then the Q300 is going to be challenging to be comfortable for you..

If you want zero drone, don't go for the N1.

I am too lazy, just like you, to look up past exhaust recommendations etc. If I wasn't, I would've pasted those links/threads here for you.

How can someone suggest an EVO 3 when it drones like crazy...people need to make educated posts.
I have the ARK DT-S exhaust and it sounds great. No drone, very quiet when trying to cruise around, and throaty when you get in it. It sounds even better now with the tsudo catted front pipe. It is though over your price range but you can get them cheap right now from @FBPARTS (not sure if its going to hit that 800 price tag but worth a PM). My JDL UEL header is coming tonight so I will find out later if its going to be too loud with the exhaust overall with my supercharger. |
