I'm going to go. I will be on that side of the valley shooting some hot FRS on BRZ action in Tempe.

I want to check out some exhausts, so any peeps with some after market exhausts should roll out and help me make my decision.

"EEEk" is her name and she is bone stock. I want to acoustically shop around a meetup for the right sound for her when she screams.

A lot of people don't like the brand, but I get a lot of compliments on my agency power setup

I was checking out their products. Them seem cheaper than the competitors (price). I want some data though. Data seems hard to come by.

In a perfect world I would match my exhaust, headers and all. I may not be that lucky though.

I like how many exhausts there are to choose from, but it makes it a PITA to choose.
I also like how the sound changes as you add front pipes, cat backs and headers. It seems like we can pick whatever sound we want by mixing and matching different manufacturers.

Right. There's a local company that has an exhaust and turbo kit. I don't recall their name, but I bet smoketrees would

JDL does headers. I believe they might be working on an exhaust as well.

They have a full exhaust already made. Problem is they are hella backed up with their header group buy. I am awaiting my header and overpipe which I should have in two weeks.

I'll be honest here, my exhaust drones very loudly at certain rpm's. If you drive it daily and for long periods of time you might not like it.

+1 JDL does excellent work. They are down to one welder/fabricator at the moment. Their turn around time is a bit of a wait but well worth it. Not to mention its always nice supporting the locals.

That there is good info, thank you. What RPM range does this droning happen (all the time, cruising at 70, revved out)? Just a cat back?

I might not mind a droning if it isn't "tinny" sounding, at about 5-8k Rpms.
I would not enjoy a 2-4k (cruising) constant noise, unless it was lower pitch boxer rumble. All these of course after I can get an estimate of power gains.

Quiet until I open up the throttle. Then a nice loud Look TFO!

I'm sorta picky. I have a tendency to get obsessed when I start a new hobby.

If they offer good support, and competitive prices, I would much rather use a local company.

A backlog of orders is ok. I am a few weeks out on cash flowski. I'll Google and contact them.

I have contacted a muffler shop with decent reviews on the west side. They have offered (for a fee) to put my BRZ on a lift and demo a few different catback setups with different mufflers. That would be cool , but def impact my budget.
