Yah, I know the GB host is probably pissed for having his business character slung through the mud but sometimes it's better to not say anything at all. Trying to defend yourself, especially with aggression towards specific members can look bad from an outsider's (potentially future customer's) view and can potentially hurt future sales. Remember on 7/30 you were "shipping tomorrow". What could "today" turn into? Monday? Surely you can provide tracking numbers since you are "shipping today" Right?
