Tint laws in the United States (applicable to FRS/BRZ)
Since there was a thread about being pulled over for tint in the SoCal regional section a few weeks back, I figured this may help everyone with regards to tint laws:
http://www.iwfa.com/Portals/0/PDFDoc...201-1-2013.pdf Short summary: if you're afraid of your tint violating laws or be "borderline", keep the documentation of type of tint handy in case of citation, and show officer the proof along with the vehicle code that is relevant in your state. If you get darker than what the law allows, you're on your own. -alex |

Is it possible to make this thread (or the info presented) as part of a sticky regarding tint/lighting regulations?
I feel this is a repeated topic that often gets overlooked. That, or people aren't searching in detail. -alex |
