I thought about it, but it seems like the wet carbon fiber hood are purely cosmetics since it only weighs approximately .2 pounds less than the aluminum OEM hood. I opted to keep everything stock and have it repaired.

I took it to Cook's Collision in Elk Grove. I've dealt with them years ago with my RSX and did a solid job. Thanks for the recommendation.
