No matter, dealer called me this morning and said the car arrived. Asked if I wanted to make an appointment to pick it up today! #405 is in my driveway now. Since it was the last day of the month, the dealer did a good job negotiating and giving me a good price on my trade in and figuring out a lease deal.

Next mods for future are TRD sound changer, JPM coach work or JDM knee padss.

Edit: oh and not sure how it happened, but I was able to get pioneer upgrade audio installed. Dealer said they never heard about shortage, and that it is dealer installed, not port installed. I really thought it was the latter.
Congrats on finally getting her! Any pics?

I tested the 2D North mode on my commute home, 30-odd miles from West Hollywood to Long Beach, with numerous turns and multiple freeways, and it behaved as it should. The map panned but never rotated (North always up), and the car icon did all the turning.

I don't know what is going on with your unit. Perhaps the GPS antenna was improperly installed?

Thanks for confirming that there's a bug in my unit. I'll try to isolate the problem further. Diagnosing an intermittent electronics problem for the dealer to warranty may be difficult even with screen shots.

Still loving the spoiler? I asked for Port to install mine, but they didn't.

I'll admit the Five Axis is tempting too....much more subtle and indeed matches the lines of the car nicely; makes the car look European in my mind. But the OEM spoiler is a little more aggressive making it look like a race car.

I have the OEM spoiler on mine. I really like it. I prefer spoilers on sports cars.

I installed my Beat-Sonic sharkfin today. Color match and appearance are top notch. I didn't realize the shape was functional with the helical coil antenna tucked up inside the length of the fin making it nearly the same physical size of the OEM antenna. I hoped that the extra length of the coiled lead wire between the fastening screw and antenna would be seen as even longer than OEM by the radio.

Sorry to say that in mountainous terrain it's nowhere as effective as the OEM antenna on AM, FM or HD. It gets static and loses the signal completely in locations that didn't faze the ugly OEM unit.

Of course I'm in mountain valleys, a challenge for most antennas. Metro owners needn't worry. Time for satellite radio but from what I've read it's currently unavailable for the 2014 BeSpoke unit but need to double-check.

Has anyone with a 10 series installed some switch back LED turn signals and can post some pics. I've heard that our HIDs and DRL are 5000K temp and most LEDs are 6000k temp and the result is that it doesn't look very good.

Can anyone concur?

That's what I was referring to when I said I heard. I wanted someone else to concur.
