I would not advise on using those things... If you did, you must figure out something to do about the center wheel bore...

These are probably the best adapters you could buy for the twins.

Hub centric is a big deal, Especially when it comes to spacers.

Not having hub centric wheels or spacers is really hard on the studs, and they will tear up faster without them.

I wonder if I will be fine with 15mm or will I have to cut or should I go with 20mm

Depends on the wheel you will have to look at the mounting surface to see if it has indentions between the holes or if its all flat

Example: this style should work without cutting





if its a flat style you would have to cut or get spacers thicker than the studs stick out

Yeah basically as long as there is room for the studs to go behind the wheel your fine. just measure the distance between the blank spots on the wheel to make sure they are more than 100mm apart and make sure those gaps are deeper than the studs protrude past the adapter.
