There are two autos in the wild in Hawaii. There are 3 autos unspoken for, and 9 manuals waiting for owners.
Historically - Hawaii has received 2 #0001 badges for scion releases. Pretty cool.

Your both wrong the badges are put on the cars in order Toyota just ships the cars out to different regions to keep the numbers random across the U.S. The Scion tC Release Series 8.0 owners had a problem with the badges being stolen between the factory and dealers but somehow Toyota Corporate knows which RS number goes with which VIN number as the RS 8.0 owners got replacement badges. They do this with Scion Release Series cars also.

damn - I should have asked for the lowest VIN. I asked for the highest VIN - thinking I could get a newer car, and still have a chance at getting the lower badge numbers. #0012 is sitting in the Scion Honolulu showroom.
