I'll be running the JDL UEL catless header with a full 3" Nameless Headerback (Downpipe, Midpipe, Axleback) fairly soon. I'll post it up when its on and tuned.

1. I have a 1.8 liter making more power with a 3 inch. I've seen several smaller high compression engine make more power with a 3 inch. This engine makes more power with a 3 inch. 2. Cost and loud.

Awesome! Still running the set up? What kind of sound levels are you getting? Any vids?

So how loud are we talking? Although it is a race car, I still drive it on the street. Also, some venues have a strict 94dB limit.

my build thread has some vids, and you should be able to hear. yes, still have that set up, minus the intake because it won't fit with the SC.

Go 3"

Our motors are factory 12:5:1 compression. With this compression, it will yield more power. Another plus about it is, when and if you go FI you dont have to pay to redo your exhaust.
