If you are planning to ever track or autocross your car then the grip added grip will make all the difference. However if you go up in rim size, or meat(tire width) you risk at both adding more unsprung weight as well as drastically changing how the car transitions.

Has anyone braved winter/snow in these? I plan on switching out to snow tires/steelies at the end of the summer, but there definitely could be a week or two of overlap between my swap in the October/November months. Just curious if they could hold their own for that first light snow that hardly sticks...

I had no choice but to drive my M3 with these in the snow. 265 size at four corners. Definelty don't recommend it but yes I got to work. If I could see pavement they kinda worked. If I couldn't it was spin city.

What are you guys running for tire pressure with these? I have 225/45/17's on stock rims. Currently running anywhere from 35-37 PSI. Autocross they seemed to slip a lot I might try a lower PSI

I had a set, and while maybe they perform well (I never got a chance to push them) they were WAY too noisy for me. Howled like 4X4 tires going down the road.

I ran Pilot Super Sports after that and loved them. They ran quiet, but didn't last too long, although that was expected with the camber i was running.

I can echo that! I'm running the PSS 225/40/18. I've been running about -1* camber and noticing the shoulders wearing so I added sway bars and a second set of camber bolts should be here tomorrow.

30,000 mile wear warranty from Michelin...though I have no idea how it works.

That's exactly why I sold my leftover KDW2 and switched to the PSS.
