I agree the tailights are the biggest design flaw of the entire car (along with the third brake light). So far I've just lived with it and will probably continue to do so. (If that's my biggest problem I've got it made.)

I custom vinyl wrapped mine to get the deep red color a while back, and it started to peel. No problems with cracking or what not, but they are not going to last forever. Waiting on USDM Tom's limited edition now...
