i'va had mine on all summer and compared to other metal knobs i've had this soo much cooler. dont get me wrong it gets hot, but it doesn't get ridiculous where you can't even grab it.

Any metallic knob will get hot. I'm not going to lie to you. Unless you have a delrin coating on it, it'll help with heat. But even delrin knobs get hot. The difference is how fast you can get rid of the heat.
My knob is cool in about 1-2 minutes. It's all in what you prefer. Honestly I always have a hat in the car, I put it over the knob and keep it out of direct sunlight and it is fine when I get in the car. I've seen solutions from a sunglass case (soft sock) to a kids sock to a brake reservoir cover. |
