Hi everybody,

I'm involved in a pretty awesome charity event that the Toronto Subaru Club hosts each year.

The goal of the event (other than to get a whole bunch of Subaru owners together for a great time together) is to raise money for Ronald McDonald House Toronto.

There will be a S&S, raffles, a space for kids (so bring the little ones!) and food and drink!!

And doin't tell me you can't go because you can't get the kids into your BRZ/FRS..... I just got my 2 month old into the BRZ with a rear facing seat in back and my wife in front.....

There was....we originally were hoping to have an RC track, but the permissions/permits that we were hoping to get to set it up didn't come through.

Good news if you were interested in this...we've managed to secure the permissions and will be having an R/C track after all!

The R/C track is open to all R/C cars of any scale, electric or nitro so get them R/C cars tuned up , charged up an ready to go !!

We will be asking folks to visit our R/C tent first before firing up any vehicles for a quick "drivers meeting." We want to spin this off into an annual thing, so keeping this year's activity as safe and fun as possible is super important.

One of our members has built what he calls a "Super Duper R/C track" setup for timed runs.

Best times of the day takes home the prizes!

According to our track builder, it doesn't matter how fast your R/C may or may not be ... control is the key on this track.

Sweet, I'll bring my truck and also my quadcopter for some aerial footage. I doubt I'll win with the truck if anyone brings out some fast on road cars (it's a stadium truck), but it'll be fun!
