Only sales unfortunately. I've checked online reviews for their service department, and I haven't heard the best things. I make the trip to Courtesy Toyota, just because I have a bit more faith in them. Just don't let them wash your car, mine came back with micro-scratches all over.

I own an 07 Scion Tc, my experience is in line with what Mandy stated. I had a great experience at Courtesy Toyota. In the detailing world we call that the DISO...Dealer Installed Swirl Option.

Don't let ANY dealership wash your car, no matter what.

Second that. I have a friend who used to wash cars at dealerships. Its all about getting it done quickly. Your car WILL get scratched.

I have yes and it wasn't good. I brought my car in and told the service advisor I knew I had an oil leak because I was smelling burning oil. I had had the car for probably 5 months at that point. They claimed they checked it and found nothing but I later learned on this forum where to check (the back of the right cylinder head) and sure enough there was oil. I haven't been back since got the leak fixed at another dealer. Those clowns fail in service and sales the sales manager is an idiot, He did me a favor by being such a clown I kept looking for a better deal and got my frs at MSRP with no dealer fee. Anyway as far as my experience goes f$&k Stadium Toyota they are a bunch of clowns.

They have a shitty sales department though. When I was still deciding between the BRZ and the FR-S, I was invited to come check one out and test drive it. When I got there, they hassled the hell out of me trying to get me to apply for credit before I can test it out. Then their excuse for the $4000 markup was "we need to make a profit." It seemed as if I was a nuisance to them and they were trying to get rid of me. Then a couple of weeks later I got a phone call from them asking if I ever came in. I told them what happened and that I had ordered a BRZ instead. The salesman said "oh, great" then hung up on me.

This all happened June of last year.

Who was your sales person?

My mother-in-law bought a Corolla from them and we were treated very well.

I think his name was John. He's the one who spoke to me on the phone and invited me over. Though when I got there, he wasn't there. I dealt with some sort of manager and another younger salesman. Don't remember either of their names.

Just saw what looked like a 10 series FR-S with what I believe was a 5-axis wing at the MacDill visitor's center. Still had temp tags.
