Sir, sayo ba yung white na 86? Nakita yata kita before sa may rob lipa...

By the way, i saw 3 86 yesterday around 5:30 to 6pm along Brgy. Palindan, Ibaan, Batangas. 1 white, 2 red, the other one with TE37 rims.

On the topic of faulty fuel gauges.

I had my 2014 XT running on empty with an estimated 60KM fuel left. I tapped it up with 17L and the LCD displayed indicated I still had 60KM fuel left. So I added another 17L and the LCD fuel gauge jumped to 390KM.

This was in Malarayat Golf Clubl. I think if push came to shove I could actually make it to Alabang Town Center which is 60KM away as my fuel economy improved on the tollway.

It would make for an exhilarating ride. )

This issue is common with saddle style fuel tanks which our cars have located under the back seat. Its one tank with two separate sides which are connected together by a siphon tube. The filler neck is connected only to one side of the tank and when the gasoline station pump is very fast in filling up, there will be instances when the side of the tank with the filler neck will fill up faster than the second one thus fooling the gas pump that your tank is already full when in reality the other side of the tank is not yet full. When the gas has settled between the two sides of the tank, the reading corrects itself. Nothing to be worried about.

There is another FB page exclusively for BRZ and 86 owners. The one you joined is probably the one with vendors, enthusiasts, etc. The track day invite was posted in the exclusive group

That was our convoy heading back to Manila. Mine's the red one with the TE37SL Black Editions

2 pala yung 86 na nakikita ko sa lipa, 1 naka-Aero, 1 stock... Alin ang sayo sir at saang dealer mo sir nakuha yung sayo? Toyota Batangas yung sa akin, sa kanila din ako nagpaservice... Mas maganda hingi ka ng appointment, special oil kasi yung sa atin, by order pa yata...

Total cost for the 1st PMS was 3,122.55.

Sayo sir yung plate sa likod may 86 pa na logo tapos walang tint? ikaw nga nakita ko sa rob lipa before... galaxy blue mica color nung sa akin... check mo din sir sa casa, alam ko 5w-30 lang kanila, hindi ko alam kung allowed na magdala ng oil... hindi ko din kilala yung black...

Meron pa yatang 1 naka galaxy blue na 86 sa batangas city, hindi ko lang sure kung sya yun... wala kasing turbo yung sa akin, pero I'd love to have one...
