i had the same problems with stalling, i used to have an injen intake. i recently swapped to TRD intake and the car runs much better, and seems to idle better. more smooth. i also have fa20clubs stg. 2 tune, but id try going back to the stock airbox with a drop in filter. i never thought my injen caused the issue, because ive had the idle issue since new, but looking back i think it could be related to some minor driveability issues.

Also, time. Wait for the item to be on the market long enough to get feedback on the product.

Sounds like the intake is modifying the air flow which is causing the MAF to misread..
