Well lets hope this works.

Crossing fingers.

FA20Club Header
Motiv? over pipe (cheaper than Perrin)
Invidia Front pipe with resonator (hoping to drop a few DB)

All paired up to TRD cat-back. (God I hope its 2.5" pipe).

Interesting set-up, every part of the exhaust is from a different manufacture lol. You should be fine though. Motiv maybe cheaper than Perrin, but you will very happy with the quality.

with my perrin O/P and motiv F/P, i had a massive exhaust leak. Also exhaust leak from motiv F/P to Perrin 2.5 M/P.
Was awful.

Bob used that copper sealer and it worked.

Let us know how the resonated front pipe works out.
I'm planning to get one, but I only have Q300 Cat-Back.

Will do.

Anyone know if I have to order exhaust-header gaskets?

For those curious, I liked the sound (if I can go by that) on FA20's and P&L versions. The front pipe many had only CAT versions w/o resonator and the few video on youtube from Nameless I didn't care for that sound. So we'll see.

Weeks out for FA20 header though, same with P&L... unless a vendor has a catted one in stock from a order cancelation..

Why would that not fit? They're all just regular exhaust component, should bolt together just fine.

As for fitting, wall thickness is one difference that could change things on fitment. I'm not at this moment to worried on that.

My main concern is the TRD cat back. I haven't had anyone comment (that I've come across) with something quotable, like: "I just got out from under my car after measuring the TRD pipe and it is X.XX" "

I've been told its 2.5, but that is not the same as being under there and measuring it.

Have you checked for exhaust leaks? Something about mixing and matching or not pipes, causes leaks. Have seen this on mine and other buddy's cars. Again, recommend copper sealant for added security and peace of mind.

no leaks here. stock overpipe > 2.75" front pipe > stock catback.

I know that FT86SF runs a motive OP > Invidia FP > their own V2 catback on the silver bullet with no issues. I plan to run the same setup on my car.
