Clinton Jones here. I purchased a 2013 whiteout FR-S about 6 months ago. I don't know JACK about cars, but am hoping to learn about them (specifically mine) here on the forums.

Yea! You don't have to know jack about cars because its about having fun enjoying your beast and others that share the same passion and enthusiasm that you do! Plus you'll learn as you go lol. I was at a coffe shop last night and met some of the guys for the first time last night and had a blast. I also leaned some stuff like how I set the rev/shift light! Being a ASE mechanic(formerly) it's always fun learning new stuff like that. I got a kick out of the guys' reaction when I told them I had only two hundred miles on mine lol.

I'm new here as well, but had my FR-S since Feb. I have about 11k miles on it, and I've done probably 5-8 Autocrosses and a track day on it. Just got my second set of BFG Rival tires today. I'll be running the Toledo Pro Solo, Wilmington National Tour, and the SCCA Solo nationals in RTR this year. I came from 1g Dodge Neon ACRs.

To start a new thread, go back to the general start page and hit the button on the upper left side that says "new topic".

Hello all, new member here. I don't have an FR-S yet, but should have it next spring. I'm in my early 30's and was doing Fast N Furious before it was cool, so if you've ever cruised 494, 35W, or 94 in Minnesota, I've probably given you a run. I was buying from Ptuning in their early days...the good old days! I've had lots of project cars, no need to list them since I'm not looking to impress anyone. Essentially, I'm not a noob, just a noob to this board.

My wife decided it would be a good idea for me to purchase all of the parts I want for mods before I get the car, so everything will be ready once it's here. I have zero problems with that, and I've started my list. One thing I'm having troubles with is finding vendors' sites. I got Full Blown easy since they're local, and I got Ptuning since I'm a lifelong fan of theirs, but are there any others I should be aware of? I like passing time by tweeking my wish lists, and that's tough to do with only two sources.

I sincerely like how this board is set up, and you'll be seeing quite a bit of me. I've been in love with the FR-S since it was announced, and have wanted nothing more than to get out of my Talon and into an FR-S. Well, Talon's gone, so it's prep time for the FR-S!
