I'm not sure about the wording in your question. The only person (to my knowledge) selling the limited-run black/red USDM and DOT/SAE-rated tail lights is 86_ZN6.

The ones on FT-86 Speedfactory are the all red ones that you prefer. When they say "USDM-spec" on Speedfactory, they're refering to the plug-n-play feature - which means no retrofitting from JDM-spec wiring is required.

Plates arrived, mounted just the back one. Gonna try to sneak without the front one. Technically both are required here, but it seems like almost half the cars on the road roll without the front... I think I'll survive. Also switched up maps on the Unichip. Running an 89oct map since we only get 91oct fuel around here it seems...

That's kinda what I thought. I asked that question in this thread because I was confused by their description. I wasn't sure if they are "USDM" in that they will just plug and play via their own fix, or if they are actually DOT legal...
