I just did that install (Lip, Skirts, and Spats from someone else) by myself - it was a no brainer once I used small squares of 3M double sided tape at each screw hole to allow me to place the trim in place first before drilling.

That's what I used to think (FOID holder back when I lived in Illinois). Then I moved to NY where I am now, definitely beats IL for most fucked up state ever. I didn't even bother to get a permit here after seeing how the application process worked.

I live really close to Midwest guns and they have an indoor range, but I can't shoot rifles/shotguns so I'm limited to pistols and .22

Is Buffalo Rock that place that has a pit where you can throw shit into and shoot at it? LOL I seem to recall going there 20 years ago. There were some old TV's and stuff that I was using to unload some 9MM's and stress on to. Didn't seem like the safest idea at the time, but nobody else was around...

Yup, its still there... but its closed for inspection, someone called and got it shut down because they said there was a possibility for bullets to be fired outside of the safety berms. Its been closed for close to 1 year and a half now....

It was my favorite/only place to really unload with the Saiga 12

Yeah it definitely wasn't a safe place back then, but it was definitely a good time.

Moved around quite a bit, started out in Rogers Park, then Edgewater. Made the transition to the burbs starting with Skokie, Des Plaines, moved out to DeKalb for College, then Schaumburg, Carpentersville, and wrapped it up in Villa Park before moving to NY.

Quick question: Does anybody on here successful got rid of chirping noise from fuel pump? Mine seems to get worse and worse. And if anything, which Chicagoland dealer was most sympathetic about it? Today, I also noticed homelink mirror is really lose, hopefully won't come off in the next couple of days lol I drive Subaru BRZ WR blue. Live at north side, if you see one with tow hook side plate around Niles, Edison Park, Park Ridge area, that's me :-) btw.

Haha yup that was me! I was wondering if that was you...Spotted a Challenge sticker on the S2000, but I couldn't see inside the truck. Where were you running the S2000?

We were running at Autobahn South with NASA. We were able to take home 1st place both days in our class of 6 cars, and also able to put down the 7th fastest lap time of the weekend out of all 34 of the Time Trials cars.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good hand wash car wash in the city. I've been reading the detail forums so definitely going to subscribe to the two bucket or gary dean method of rinse less car wash for when I do it myself. However, for the times when I don't I've like a good recommendation. I've heard Gold Coast Car Wash on Orleans or River North Hand Wash on Superior. Reviews on yelp seem to be mixed.

Two bucket system is a failure for WR Blue. I did that, and still somehow managed to get those nasty swirl marks, if looked at the angle.
