Things don't happen that quickly. If you need them, they are about $10 I'd recommend you just grab them up. I will be getting some and I'll send them out as requested for $12.00 mailed for the pair.

I made a call, and the new batch will have collar clamps. Also the introductory price is now over. I held it longer than I intended. Orders in at the old price will be honored. 10 bars are due to ship to me on Monday.

P/N 6436K17 for black oxide steel version correct? Thanks for the quick reply Sam.

I think I'll get the zinc coated ones just in case.

Sure thing George, I'll get you down for some.... If you want to get some yourself, any 7/8" ID collar will work, you pick the material.

^^^

VERY pleased w/ the results--car is much more toss-able now w/ the bar. My suspension is completely stock (down to the alignment) other than the bar--so the bar's affect was very noticeable.

I'll be posting a vid in my build thread.

Thanks Sam!

I just ordered my front bar from Sam. It was a pleasure to speak with him again. It's been a few years but he helped me set up my 2002 Z28.

He made some good suggestions for my FRS in RTR class. When Sam talks I listen. He's the Charles Schwab of the autocross world. My son is sourcing my Konis, RPF1's, and Z2's for me through the Tire Rack. He works there in the technical support department. Picking up the goodies Saturday.

Bars arrived yesterday. All pending orders for them shipped today (all these bars have aluminum collars in them for location). We continue to tweak things as we go based on input from others. I just can't run every tire/wheel combination, etc and a lot of them are getting pretty wide.

Hi folks. I wanted to pass the word along from Strano regarding some issues with a recent batch of the 22mm front sway bar.

Apparently, the last run of bars was made with a bad program installed on the CNC bender. This has created some fitment issues between the front sway bar and the front lower control arms. Shortened aftermarket endlinks can remedy this problem, but the bar is actually designed to work with the stock endlinks.

If anyone has received a bar from Stranoparts recently and is concerned with or experiencing fitment issues, please contact Sam ASAP and he will make sure you are taken care of. He can provide aftermarket endlinks at cost, or replace the bar outright with the corrected version once that batch is ready. In fact, a bar is headed to SoCal right now to verify that the corrections in the program have been made.

Hopefully, this won't inconvenience too many people. I personally run this bar and it's an excellent product with proven results, so please bear with us as we work out the quality kinks. Sam is pretty picky about details, and doesn't want any of his customers to have to deal with a product he feels could be sub-par.

Contact info for Stranoparts:
strano@stranoparts.com
(814) 849-3450

Thanks!

Second what Andrew said. Talked to Sam yesterday about getting a front bar. He was very up front with me about my options while he worked through the issues with the bad batch. EXCELLENT customer service!

I ran the new batch of Strano bar last weekend with shorter links without any problems.
