Again, What ever happened to those "lost" fins you told people were "shipped"? Did they really just evaporate in thin air or what? I'm curious.

By the way, your "special note" doesn't mean shit when you've frauded over 40 people. Banks > You. You better hope your bullshit doesn't hit you in the face in about another week with no tracking numbers/results. You're dealing with a lot of unhappy people who feel lied to right now because youve taken their money without RESULTS and I assure you all patience will run dry.

It would be great if 86_ZN6 would truly explain why this has taken so long, there is a lot of frustration here mostly due to a lack of response. To be honest this long a wait without offering a refund (well offering to in some cases then not) is inexcusable. He has shown he can, but won't. I just ordered mine, before seeing this thread, so I have no idea when and if this and the smoked turn signals will arrive, but I'm watching this thread with great interest. Luckily I get my car in 5 weeks so I'm in a better position than most.

Interesting to note, check out www.visualgarage.com. They say their site is going live July 1st, so there may be some truth to the delays. VG can't even meet their own deadlines. It does seem we will be able to order directly from VG soon. It will also be interesting to see their price vs. the group buy price. I personally feel it is robbery to take money before an item ships, especially to continue to do so when you know you can't meet the many orders made to date.

All I want is a true date and no more BS to keep more from jumping to charges of fraud. What is the highest order number included in the group buy? If it isn't obvious by now people are done with excuses. Make this happen in July or do the decent thing and refund!

According to PriusChat, "Just a quick FYI for the Shark Fin lovers out there. We were notified by our manufacturer that they will be shipping normally for orders taken until May 31st. For orders taken June 1st and after, those Shark Fins will not ship until mid-July.

Orders placed after May 31st will also see a price increase. I don't know what that price increase is yet, but our pricing has pretty much been the same for 7 or 8 years, so expect it to go up a decent amount.

Funny thing is, I never said I was in Group Buy 3. I'm just an angry customer who ordered on June 12th and still has not received an item as of July 15th. There was no "special note" saying that the product was not available for shipping. In fact, people have posted quite the opposite. You told people that the products were in stock and ready to ship back in Feb/March, yet no one has received the antenna fin that has ordered after Feb/March.

If I were one of those buyers I would've filed for a refund with my bank no later than April. Too many people are being nice to you and giving you chance after chance to make things right.

Next, your email post doesn't mean anything without showing the date that you received that message. For all we know, that's a message you could've received back in Feb/March with VG saying 2/3 weeks.

Finally, "nevertheless, i included your order to the new batch that is coming in"??? Why are you including my order in a new batch when I have sent you 3+ refund demands, and also have already sent documents to my bank of our email conversations as well as your posts showing that as to this date there has been no products shipped?

I don't want this product. I'm demanding my $80.99 to be refunded back onto my credit card. If you don't do it then eventually the bank will. I've made this clear over 5 times now.

are you sure? these clearly says that you never bothered to read the whole listing. fin's were never in stock and ready to ship. each one was a made to order hence the group buy. people from GB#1 and GB#2 can testify to that

again like i said on the other thread, the fins had some manufacturing defects and issues. then the manufacturer decided to do a overhaul/upgrade of their plant and whole business hence the further delay. as for the price increase, no body in this groupbuy was affected. i still kept the same pricing for all. but it will go up on the next one.

i can confirm the that new fins are order being re manufactured and will ship out as stated by the manufacturer within the month of july

ah i can assure everyone that this wont happen again as i already found a new source for sharkfins

Now, I can promise you that this wasn't there when I ordered on June 12th. In fact, there was no "Availability" written at all. I pay close attention to orders that are back ordered before I decide to buy. In fact, I took availability into consideration before choosing VG or Beat-Sonic. The fact that there was no listed delay on your site when I ordered the product is one reason I mistakingly chose to do business with you.
Updating the website and then telling people "you didn't read it correctly...look at it now" doesn't make what you're doing any less right.

2. You have added "Availability: Currently On Waiting List" to the page.

3. There is no way to order the product as you have removed "Add To Cart".

4. You have added a disclaimer at the bottom of the order page since I placed my order.

5. Judging by reasons 2-4, you appear to be more interested in covering your ass instead of manning up to the trouble you've caused to a lot of people and giving us our refunds like you promised.

i am making a good argument here just because you assumed and made false accusations that i took everyone's money "he's just pocketed the money" " I'm sure this guy is sitting on top of our money very comfortably"

i promised a refund IF the manufacturer fails to deliver. but hey they are delivering as promised.
