Wheel Directory: Enkei RPF1 17x7.5 +48
![]() Hi folks, I didn't find my current set-up in @DarrenDriven Wheels Gallery Directory, so I figured I could share it here. So it's fairly close to the stock specs (the only difference is an extra 1/2" in width), but much lighter at 15.25 Lbs (6.9 kg) per rim (vs. 9.1kg or 20.1 Lbs for the OEM wheel). Fitted with some sticky Yokohama AD08 in 215/45 17 in the pictures below (stock ride height). ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Cheers, G. Last edited by DarrenDriven; 03-17-2014 at 02:11 PM. |

How does the car feel with the reduced weight in the wheels? I would think 5 lbs per corner (if tire weighs are the same) would be noticable on a 2 liter engine.
On my RSX the weight difference was quite noticeable. About the same weight reduction. |

It does feel more nimble. The tires are a bit heavier but the sidewall is also much stiffer. Overall, the car feels more precise.
Spa is a terrific track indeed!

Massive amounts of jealous to get to drive Spa. Great choice of parts, I don't get why so many people are "over rubbering" these cars

I tend to favor the function over the looks of my mods (except for the TRD wing, I must admit). I guess I am purist that way
.What do you mean by "side shot" exactly? Car (and thus wheel well) seen from the side or a view from the tire tread and sidewall stretch? |
