They are the switchblade Scion keys for all the other 10 Series models xB, tC, iQ, xD. The FR-S gets smart-key for push button.

i would much rather have push to start, than these. My sisters car (2011 Chevy Equinox LTZ) has a key like that.

Not only does the 10 series have push to start, it also has touch sensitive door handles. So it really doesn't matter what the key looks like - since it never has to leave your pocket!

Something else I thought was cool - when you approach the car with the key in your pocket, the badges and dome light turn on once the key is in range - as if to say "hello friend, nice to see you again!"

Somehow, there are there of these things at the Toyota dealer in San Luis Obispo, CA. Not sure about the color but the headlight are so nice! Touch screen radio doesn't hurt either.

Match isnt perfect but i like it a lot. ignore the little blue thing..I accidentally broke off a plastic pry tool.

How did you do this? The badges on mine did not light up when I approach with the key in my pocket.
