Hey now what the heck?! I posted about a Labor Day weekend VIR (full course) event and nobody seemed to give a damn

And it's a 3 day event for only $405...maybe its b/c I only posted it in the southeast region forum. Any takers?!?!?!

I saw it but that's a bad weekend for me

How is that region of PCA with traffic? I stopped doing PCA here after a sebring event with 203 cars.. it was brutal

Ouch! That's ridiculous. To be honest I've never run with this region before (Potomac) but the registration list is public so you can see how many cars are attending. In the past I've only had a traffic issue with PCA once, at Roebling Road (Florida Crown region). Usually there's about 20-25 cars per run group which is just the right amount IMO (as it keeps things interesting).

I can see how Labor Day wknd is bad for some people...it's a big holiday!

To make it worse, they let instructors and solo run together for both of the run groups, so instead of say ~50 cars per group, it was 50 in novice, 50 in advanced novice (whatever that is), and variable 50-100 in solo and in instructor. I spent 15 minutes in a single train, normally I'd pull off but there was traffic everywhere so there wasn't a point

This was a Florida region event too, but I think Gulf Coast instead of Crown, can't recall for sure though.

Labor Day weekend will probably mean a hockey tourny for me.

That sounds horrible. I'd be hopping mad if I encountered that. The words coming out of my mouth...would not be pretty

Instead I just decided to limit the times I run with them. I wish I had signed up for their next event, probably 50% of the people skipped it due to weather forcast of 90% chance of rain.. it barely rained lol
