I already had my installed back in may, it looks sick, i got it directly from japan when i was there for business...
cost me about 300USD, $25 shipping. wiring was not simple, because the japanese model has an extra "option" connector which US model does not.. so the puddle light is kind of a bitch to wire, i ended up wiring to the push-start button led. how much are they selling on ebay? |

I love that you can get them pre-painted!
How come you couldn't just tap the exterior puddle lights to the puddle lights in the door if you have a BRZ Limited? Seems easy enough. I would assume that's where the JDM ones would hook up to... Although now that I think about it, I'd want the exterior puddle light to come on as I approached the car with the fob... Dang! The plot thickens! |

its how much they are, you gotta pay to play.
the picture is pretty self-explanatory, but the wiring at the end you have to improvise, and use a power tester on that connector to make sure you splice the right wire. you can send your ground wire attach to the body of the car, there's a bolt that you can fasten to next to where your 5 wires are coming through the grommet into the cabin. |
