They also said it has 6/4 brake caliper setup, which it clearly does not.

Mr. Jay: The wheels are 5x114.3, doesn't mean the HUB was converted though. Spacer adapters have been around for years to do this, and IMO, that's what GReddy used based on how those wheels are sitting on the car.

Maybe they are working on a solution, but with the limited numbers compared to the WRX numbers out there if some conversion hub existed I'd suspect it's already sold as a WRX part which would need modification and be a simple task...

I can see those brakes being useful when 2800 lbs is being stopped with 8.5" and 9.5" tires.

I can't, and I track my cars a lot. You need a LOT of power (ie for repeated high speed braking to occur on track) to overheat brakes enough to actually need that setup. 225 and 235 width tires aren't much harder to lock with normal brakes than 215s are. You will never overheat them on the street unless you drive like a 'tard.

And the car is not heavy so the brakes are a tad bit overkill.

Yeah it looks like a 4/2 brake caliper setup, which is all you would ever need. The stock car is 2/1 brake caliper setup right?

Opps I meant rotors. Well if you want to get specific, what about the lines, pins, and bolts? hahahah just kidding.
