Smart wraps in town has plotters that can print any design onto the vinyl too.

And here are some interedting ones I found googling.

I like the yellow and blue

I think how good it looks will depend entirely on the quality of the design and execution. It could look awesome, and it could look horrible.

While it might look good on an 86, I think it's really suited to a rally-prepped Subaru. Like this guy:

He's already painted it Army Tank Green, so he's halfway there.
@Evil86, help me talk him into it!

@Yruyur , I like the prototype camo idea. Probably from spending too much time on autoblog.

@SMOKETREES , If you want to try out a simpler pattern, dipyour car had a tutorial on doing plasti-dip camo. It probably won't look as sharp as a vinyl print, and designs have to be a bit simpler, but it's a good way to try it out and costs less than 10% of a vinyl wrap. (But it would take a LOT of time)

I wouldn't do it to my whole car but maybe the front lip or splitter. I do like the look of people's stickerbombed lips but instead do a camo kind of look that would be silver bottom and add some black and dark brown to it? Kind of the same look as the evo above. We will see later down the road on what direction I'd take it.

He is too busy just keeping it running. You should take him up on his co drive offer and go rallyxing with us next weekend.

I'm in love.

Odd that the best looking Subaru was the now-fifteen-years-old 2.5RS.

Until the BRZ, I mean.

And lets be realistic, how many cars have you bought brand new that you own 10 years later? lol
This is the only car that I kept for a little over 10 years. This is a pic from the ad I put in in Autotrader. She did not even need a paint job...I think it had less paint chips than the BRZ.
