Yeah, best to stay away from anything with high fructose corn syrup. That stuff will literally jack up your body. Water and green juices are best.

And yes the burgers are just as bad since the cows pretty much only eat GMO corn.

I can't fully understand where this is coming from. I don't think 86 enthusiasts are that hardcore about weight loss at all. We'll do simple things like remove the spare tire and tools or replace the battery but it's not much beyond that in regards to sprung weight.

Wake me up when people start removing badges strictly for weight loss purposes.

if I cut out coke completely, as well as other unhealthy stuffs, I could probably lose 50lbs. well, if I exercised as well.

ya, if your a buck 20, better getting rid of your carpets instead of dieting.....question was more for those with 20% or more body fat that im sure go to extremes to shed car weight.

This isn't an either-or thing.

Personally, I've always had a tough time keeping my weight down. I'm a naturally big guy with a big appetite. But I recently started the Weight Watchers Online thing with the smartphone apps. It works really well and I don't feel like I'm stuck eating crap all the time. And the gamer in me likes the points system as a kind of mini-game for my life.

I highly recommend it.
