The BeSpoke nav unit that I got and doesn't work is a joke and I refuse to pay to fix it. Toyota should fix it. It's their fault it doesn't work.

That said, my iPhone 5 and a ProClip have made me happier than this whole unit ever could.

I paid the 1200 for NAV/Entune and LOVE IT. Can't say that enough.

The aftermarket unit I was looking at was a couple of hundred dollars cheaper but would not be a direct plug in play. Plus I can still use the OEM+ Audio upgrade in the near future (at least I am pretty sure).

I have my 10 aeries and it came with the 2014 head unit.
I didn't get the Bespoke, but I was wondering...what would it take to get XM on it if its possible?

I believe all the back plugs are the same from the 13 unit so this should work.

So I guess I need to pay $1200+$500 - $credit of stock radio = around $1300 for the navi from dealer?

I do not believe dealers are giving credit for stock radio on previously purchased FR-S. If you are purchasing a brand new FR-S and want to upgrade the stock to the touchscreen - that would be a $200 plus upgrade. Then the $1195 GPS module upgrade on top of that as well.

For that cost I would recommend the Alpine Nav units, we installed one in our Lancer and it's a great unit. The only reason I can imagine you want the Scion one is if you are trying to keep your car OEM+ or you're able to negotiate it into the price.
