This piece was such a colossal pain in the arse. I had to cut the excess and create a seam.

One of the few places I resorted to using a relief cut / fold:

Almost lined it up perfect. The stretching for the corners kind of messed it up. It may not line up horizontally, but at least it's lines up vertically.

di-noc has it's own adhesive backing. I was actually quite impressed with it. It was still quite sticky after me pawing at it to get it to fit.

Been tempted to do this, but have also been thinking of leaning how to do real CF skinning. Is this the matte finish and what do you honestly think of it's look/feel?

If I go the vinyl route, it will definitely be the Di-noc as it seems to be what I'm looking for.

I've done the stereo bezel twice and its come up in the inside corners both times. Any tips there?

Looks really good! I have heard that some people have been spraying them with clear coat afterwords to give it a glossy, more realistic look.

I want too, but no experience. Really don't want to screw it up. I might try on the little things to see how it goes.
