Small Update:
I talked with Tony at Unichip about water meth injection. He said they have a map/system for handling nitrous on our platform. They're working with a WMI kit now but the voltage is reading too high. He said they should have a system in the next 4-8 weeks available.

I'm looking forward to this because I don't have access to E85 and WMI has a lot of safety benefits beyond it's performance ability to run more timing.

Did Tony happen to say anything about E85?

I didn't ask.

FWIW you can get about the same power out of WMI (I know it's another whole system and cost) but you get about the same octane effect with the cooling effect which helps prevent knock/detonation.

I'm hoping to get a hold of it and hit the dyno before I end up going with the innovative supercharger.

in regards to WMI, there's a module you can buy through unichip also which will help you monitor that, along with the various levels

No you can run with NA but the effects are greater on FI applications. You can run more boost (too), which is why a lot of FI guys run it.

There's only so much power you will make by bumping the timing and cooling the air/fuel mixture. Think of it like E85 or race gas on a NA car but with a tune designed for it.

So I got this yesterday:

The tuner I'm going to use is running EcuTek so I'll be selling my Unichip. I just wanted to thank Jack and the community for the support. I loved my experience with the Unichip and think it's a great investment (especially with bolt-ons).

Keep us posted on your progress with that supercharger swift. I might end up going that route as well.

I uninstalled the unichip (took less than 10 minutes) and took it for a spin, wow! I have no power, easily lost 10hp and it's really felt from 4k-7k rpms.
