As for the position of the nozzle, you have it backwards. You want to spray onto the screws or rotors to make them more efficient (cooling them down and sealing them better).
Most of the WMI applications put the spray after compression and, if intercooled, after the intercooler. I built a blown Mustang about 12 years back using an Eaton roots blower and intercooler. Using a smaller pulley, I could generate 12 lbs of boost but the intercooler exit temperatures were getting pretty high and particularly so after a couple full throttle runs (heat soak). So, I put in a WMI with two nozzles directly into the lower intake after the intercooler. Worked like a charm and dropped my air intake temperature by 60 degrees. The beast made silly power after tuning and was pretty hard to drive on the street.

I have read of some WMI applications with the spray before intake compression but typically only for high boost applications. Is there no concern with differential cooling of the blower rotors/screws? The tolerances are pretty tight and even a little warping due to uneaven cooling could cause interference between the rotors.

Have you tried spraying after compression to see if there is a real benefit in spraying before compression?

I'm not yet an FR-S owner. I've driven the car but found the stock power level underwelming. Now that there are a few aftermarket SC applications available, I'm going to reconsider the FR-S. I'm an old guy that enjoys hot rodding.

I have spoken directly to Rodney at AIS and he guarantees that pre-blower works better than post-blower.

@robispec has a buddy who has dealt with positive displacement sc's for a long time and who says the same thing. Maybe Robi can chime in here.

You could always tap 4 ports in the intake runners, but it seems like the benefits of running pre-supercharger are quite good.

sw20kosh - are you running on EcuTek?

Look what I got in the mail today! Time to open up this exhaust system (ear plugs ready).

EL Borla Header not pictured.

Thanks to @No Limit Motorsport for this sick Private Label Mfg OP and DP. They even threw in a furry animal friend for extra cushioning/packaging. Top notch!

Running dual cats looks like a mistake to me, too much restriction. The 2nd one isn't even properly flanged.

Just flashed the new base tune for 91 octane. Filmed my test runs. =)

2nd gear

3rd gear

4th gear

This is not the meth tune.

Hitting a maya dyno tomorrow to see what things look like on a graph. Dynojet at the end of next week.

Then putting on the exhaust mods, smaller pulley and bigger meth injector nozzle. See where that takes me.
