Just an aside reminder, I tend to stop by and check out what "the kids" brought out to play on Woodward and Normandy some Friday & Saturday nights.

I am usually out on Woodward between 13 and 14 mile, (normandy area) on the weekend. I will keep my eyes peeled. If you find the Men's Warehouse/Pot Belly/ Caribou Coffee parking lot between 13 and 14 I have seen up to 2 or 3 86's in there on a given night and it is always packed with cars.

If all goes according to plan we should close on the house around the end of July.. so hopefully will be in the new house by August 1st or so.

I can do something on the 4th but it would have to be earlier in the day, something around 12:30 again. I have plans for the evening/night. If we put something together around 12:30ish I am there. Guranteed this time.

Whoever recommended Auto Tint City to me, you owe me a beer. I took it to them on Saturday and they kept my car the ENTIRE day to tint it, and when it was over, they did a half ass job on the back half. Tons of entrapped dirt and shit that won't come out. So the guy says, wow if I had noticed this we would have fixed it before you came. Keep in mind it takes me 40 mins one way to get there. So they tell me bring it back in, I bring it in today at 3:30 and the guys says, well this will take another 3.5 hours to complete. I am like maybe you should have mentioned that over the phone before I drove 40 mins, I don't have 3.5 hours to waste on this. Moral of the story, they did shitty work on the back windows and the guy today have me attitude about fixing it.

I don't think I would recommend them to anyone.. Not after the guy today tried to tell me that it might not get better if they redo it.....

Well, after pulling in the parking garage in the one spot that was open, this happened.

So i thought, hmmm $500 to replace a bumper... gotta be something easier. So here we go. First I taped up the car.



Then, using the miracle of plastidip



I painted the whole area



After that i got a front lip to cover the bottom edges
and here is the final product. Pretty happy with it!


here is a close up of the line/edges




All in all the whole thing costed about 5 hours and $250

I love the lip. makes the whole thing way more agressive and i get a lot of compliments!
After this, i had a nice drink with my dogs

Nice. Looks good. I scuffed my fender and just bought a new car. Maybe that is why you got the Tesla.
